In celebration of its 100th year of business education in the Philippines, the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business at the University of the Philippines (UPVSB), in cooperation with ASEAN Universities Network for Business and Economics (AUN-BE), invited papers for its International Conference on Business and Management that focused on ASEAN Market Integration. The conference was held at the U.P. AyalaLand TechnoHub, Quezon City, on 13 to 15 July 2016.

The ICBM provided a venue for academics, management practitioners and government policy makers to exchange ideas and insights on the challenges and opportunities in the public and private sectors, and at the institutional and people levels, in implementing and sustaining the ASEAN business and economic community.
