DCF follows through its 30th year anniversary celebration with the second of three free seminars offered to the community this 2022. Ma’am Carmen “Menchu” Serina talked about the Basics of Business Finance in today’s seminar (October 29, 2022). She discussed personal finance, definition of business finance, significance of financial management, legal forms of business organizations, and bank services. An interactive Q&A portion followed after. The seminar was attended by 50+ participants and the feedback are as follows:

Although I am an accountant, the speaker was able to make the discussion not too technical and easier to understand for non-accountants, it was not boring at all.
